Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting user and stakeholder reviews to align requirements.
- Analyze and convert requirements into documented flow with feature importance.
- Conducting user interviews to understand the pain points in existing infrastructure.
- Convert finalized concepts to hand sketches and applied designs.
- Enable design thinking in the process to focus on feature importance.
- Finalize designs on design tools like Figma or Invision and have reviews with all stakeholders for finalization.
- Ensure that the features that you build get enough visibility in the app.
- Analyze app funnels to find the drop-off steps and improve.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A published app on PlayStore, designed completely by the candidate
- Proven UI/UX designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- A keen eye for aesthetics, colors, and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus
