Job Opening: Senior Content Producers – 3D Animation
Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Responsibilities:
- Allocate resources to each project and set timelines and deadlines.
- Assist and guide Creative Directors to write compelling stories, adapt them to songs, and direct storyboard artists to create animatics.
- Follow up on the development of presentations, production bibles, scripts, and organize project presentations (pitches) for the Head of Content.
- Collaborate with Distribution and IP managers to ensure that the brand’s vision is respected and that content strategies align with distribution strategies
- Coordinate the production of the songs required for each video with the Music team.
- Oversee the Animation process that is managed by the Animation Production Manager.
- Ensure that each project has clear objectives, set performance indicators and milestones.
- Optimize content creation process to increase efficiency and ensure reduction of operational costs without sacrificing quality, volume, or deadlines.
- Manage budget, monitoring costs at each stage of the process ensuring the allocated budget per production is respected.
- Hire and onboard members of the Creative Team both in-house and external (freelancers or contractors).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Film and Television, Digital Media or Animation is a strong asset.
- 10+ years of experience in the Animation / VFX industry.
- 5+ years managing animated content creation pipelines.
- An understanding of the production process from concept to completion.
- Knowledge of leading industry software and technologies.
- English – Excellent Spoken & Written.
- Must be flexible and willing to adapt to other time zones when required.
