Job Opening: Motion Graphics Designer

Responsibilities:
- As a Motion Graphics Designer, your principal role is to develop strong creative concepts for AV1 clients, present them visually and execute the final product, maintaining outstanding stakeholder satisfaction at all times.
- Working in close collaboration with our Content Producer, you will unify the overall vision of the project and create the final product. You will take charge of the visual direction of your projects ensuring they appeal to the target audience while nailing the client’s brief.
- Once the client has engaged AV1 for their project the Motion Graphics Designer prepares the creative direction in consultation with the Media Content Producer, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Exceptional After Effects skills and experience
- Superior knowledge of the creative process through video and design
- The ability to understand and effectively interpret briefs and develop creative concepts
- The ability to follow brand guidelines and work creatively within them
- Experience and confidence pitching project ideas to clients and the team
- Absolute attention to detail
- Willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Being collaborative and responsive to creative feedback
- Ideally, you’ll have an event content creation experience
- Experience with Premiere Pro is also a plus
