Job Opening: Lead 3D Artist/Generalist

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 3D artists internally and externally.
- Supervise and organize graphic production according to the priorities and objectives set by the Project Manager and the Artistic Director.
- Establish an efficient pipeline of internal and external asset production during the pre-production phase.
- Develop technical solutions to respond to specific project issues during the pre-production phase.
- Collaborate with the Artistic Director and the Technical Artist to carry out the artistic direction of the project and the development of the pipeline and the necessary tools.
- Produce 2D and 3D assets for the game, making sure to follow the artistic direction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Passionate about games and video games
- 3D props modeler
- Very good knowledge of 3D design and sculpting tools, such as ZBrush, 3ds Max, Blender and Substance
- Very good artistic skills and good general knowledge
- Very good artistic sensitivity: sculpture, textures, colorimetry and lighting
- Good knowledge of 3D rendering engines, Unreal 4 and Unity
- Creative, collaborative and innovative, you have the knowledge to provide a technical perspective on what is produced and areas for improvement during the pre-production and production phase
- Organized and rigorous, you are open-minded and you know how to work in a team
- You are able to supervise a graphic team if necessary, to provide estimates, to communicate on the progress of the division, to manage an external production
- Demanding on the quality of renderings, you know how to listen and find the balance between artistic aspects, time, budget and technical constraints
- Track design documents to turn big ideas into in-game models
- You have a good level of English
