Job Opening: HR Director
Location: Malta, Europe
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate all aspects of learning & development, talent retention, and ensure alignment with company’s strategic priorities and core values;
- Execute a full talent development program that will include assessment/selection, High Potential programs, onboarding, assimilation, and ongoing career development;
- Assess organizational health and performance data and generate insights for improvements, develop procedures to address needs, and improve organizational effectiveness;
- Provide consistent and professional service to all stakeholders in the Production department, together with other HR Managers and as a collaborative team member;
- Manage level-up processes for assigned teams;
- Initiate regular discussions with people to help them with career development;
- Implement training plans (identifying providers, training administration);
- Create risk assessments for each employee and proactively identify departure risks and contingency options;
- Conduct a regular health check for teams;
- Propose, implement, and further improve our retention strategy;
- Develop and implement preventive measures for staff leaving;
- Organize exit interviews.
Qualifications & Skills:
- University degree (Human Resources, Business Administration preferred);
- Solid experience in HR as HRBP, HRD, or People Partner;
- Experience in developing and taking charge of onboarding/adaptation/career development programs, particularly for Production teams;
- Experience in conducting various analyses and organizing resulting data for HR Managers and Production Management;
- Relevant work experience in a company of 50+ people;
- Successful cases of implementation and enforcement of HR practices and policies;
- Strong work ethics;
- Ability to provide coaching and feedback; facilitation skills;
- Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);
- Fluent English.
