Job Opening: HR Assistant
Location: Los Angeles, United States
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for updating candidates accordingly in applicant tracking system, HRIS, and ensures integrity of data within the various softwares
- Assist with emailing and calling prospective candidates, scheduling interviews, and processing necessary new hire paperwork
- Communicate effectively with candidates and new hires. Work closely with systems, training, and hiring managers
- Scheduling and managing follow-up meetings regarding various Talent needs
- Assist with daily and weekly reporting based on function and needs
- Ensure systems are updated and maintained with the latest employee information and conduct monthly audit checks
- Undertake project work as required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent administration and organizational skills
- Experience in a similar role and/or interest in the HR field
- Intermediate/advanced level – Word, Excel, and other software packages/systems
- Well organized, with strengths in prioritizing, time management, forward planning, and attention to detail
- Self-sufficient & self-starter. Ability to act independently without direct supervision
- Ability to build and develop relationships across the business as well as external training contacts
- Tactful and diplomatic
- Understanding the importance of confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a demanding environment
- Able to work under pressure, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Ability to work with members of the team, sharing information and working collaboratively to achieve team objectives
