Job Opening: Assistant Manager / Manager – HR
Location: Noida, U.P., India
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Strategize and conduct talent assessments for various profiles throughout the organization
- Assist in designing and executing employee development strategies (e.g., succession management, talent movement, mentoring programs, leadership development, talent architecture)
- Manage Talent Management initiatives by interpreting business needs and leveraging best practices; integrates solutions into other talent management processes and HR plans.
- Collaborate with leadership to define individual learning initiatives (in alignment with organizational goals) and henceforth design training programs
- Ensure leadership development programs at appropriate levels to facilitate the current and future needs of the organization
- Assist in Designing and/or implementing talent management tools, methodologies, and principles (e.g., skills assessments, organizational diagnostics, successor talent assessments)
Qualification & Details:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, Psychology, or related field
- Must have a prior experience of 2-3 years in Talent Management
- Well-versed with talent management solutions and best practices in the industry
- Added advantage – Consulting background
