Rapid Motion Studios is looking for a dedicated Unreal Engine Game Developer to join our team in Surat. You will be responsible for building the core systems and mechanics that drive our games. We are seeking a developer who is equally comfortable with high-level logic and low-level optimization, working closely with our creative teams to bring technical and artistic visions to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement core gameplay mechanics using Unreal Engine.
- Build robust systems using a combination of Blueprints and C++.
- Integrate game assets including characters, environments, animations, and VFX into the engine.
- Optimize game performance to ensure a smooth experience across target platforms.
- Collaborate closely with artists and designers to maintain technical and creative alignment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong professional experience within the Unreal Engine ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of both Blueprint visual scripting and C++.
- Good grasp of gameplay logic, state machines, and core game systems.
- Hands-on experience working with animations, character controllers, and camera systems.
- Ability to write clean, organized, and maintainable code/logic.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
