Job Opening: HR People Partner

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior production staff to nurture and look after a diverse pool of talent from various backgrounds and disciplines
- Work closely with senior production staff to recruit and retain a diverse pool of talents from a broad variety of disciplines
- Manage the life cycle of an employee, from managing visa processes and on-boarding national and international talent to career development, planning and off-boarding.
- Draft and review policies and best practices and ensure they are up-to-date, fit for purpose and enforced throughout the production
- Offer day-to-day support for crew from all disciplines to ensure a safe and collaborative work environment is maintained throughout
- Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the production
- Pro-Actively and in collaboration with the respective stakeholders, initiate, manage and implement short- and long-term improvements to the project and HR processes and procedures
- Pro-Actively and in collaboration with the respective stakeholders, initiate, manage and execute opportunities for growth and learning throughout the production
Qualifications & Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience in a creative environment; experience in working within the entertainment industry, a distinct bonus
- Passion for nurturing a diverse pool of international talent and a creative and collaborative work environment
- Expert knowledge in recruiting and retaining diverse talents from a broad variety of backgrounds and disciplines
- Strong ability to identify, foresee and pro-actively act upon issues within the team and project structures as they arise
- Strong ability to identify potential for cultural and structural growth and pro-actively apply impactful short- and long-term improvements in collaboration with the management staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expert knowledge of latest HR law, policies, guidelines and regulations
- Proficient in HR functions and best practices
- Passion for Learning, Development and Innovation
- Experience working with in-house, hybrid and remote working talents (a plus)
