Job Opening: HR Manager

Responsibilities:
- Operate as a strategic partner/trusted adviser, develop and execute people plans across the organisation, influencing leaders on transformation roadmaps, approach, and priorities.
- Responsible for executing strategic People solutions and supporting talent strategies.
- Leverage expertise in organisation design, talent/workforce planning, and change management to create and maintain a high-performance culture that optimises the passion and potential of our employees.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to attract, hire and retain diverse teams with right capability, intellectual curiosity, and creativity.
- Understand the talent management requirements of the company and propose plans to address these needs.
- Instill performance management metrics, and development culture of continuous assessment and review.
- Ensure career progression is mapped out for employees, setting in place mechanisms to retain staff and endorse internal growth and promotion.
- Take the lead in complex and sensitive employment relations issues.
- Lead on the delivery of organisational change management plans and restructuring activity required across the organisation.
- Model strong partnerships with across the company and promote HR initiatives to the organisation.
- Have the essence of best practice required to secure our on-going goal to join the B Corp movement, and share the values needed when growing an inclusive, regenerative and equitable company.
- Think globally, spot trends, proactively communicate and contribute to a strong People team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5-10 years as a People Partner, HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or equivalent.
- Operating experience within a complex, changing, and growing environment.
- Proven expertise driving organizational design and change management initiatives is essential.
- Knowledge and practical application of HR practices and global employment laws.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels.
- Experience in working closely with senior leadership teams and driving effective performance.
- Demonstrated ability to impact and influence leaders.
- Strong systems thinking, highly collaborative, open-minded, and solutions-oriented.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
