Job Opening: IT Support Engineer
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Good hands-on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of Linux, and Windows Operating systems, VMWARE Virtual servers
- Good hands-on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting Server Hardware
- Knowledge of creating Active Directory, Site replication, Additional Domain controllers / DNS configuration
- Hands-on experience on NAS Storage
- Manage vCenter infrastructure to add and remove servers, storage, and network components
- Basic Understanding of Networking
- Knowledge of Backup Applications
- Normal Application-level installation and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with other engineers and vendors to work on troubleshooting the Hardware / Application issues
- Basic knowledge of databases Oracle, Microsoft SQL
- Must be able to work independently on the Day Shift or Night shift and in a team environment”
