Job Opening: Asset Lead/Supervisor
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Working with the production team, leads and supervisors to execute the desired look of CG assets/shots.
- Overseeing a small team of artists on a project from the Asset/Build side
- Doing hands-on asset work
- Assisting in mentoring/training team members
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with USD workflows
- Python/Vex scripting experience and tools authoring ability
- Experience processing on set data and conforming it for a VFX pipeline
- 3D Generalist Ability in a related area (lighting and fx for example)
- Experience with Creature FX workflows, pipeline, and asset side support.
- Good artistic eye, both for what looks right and how to take it to the next level.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a good understanding of modern VFX techniques for asset creation.
- Solid understanding of onset acquisition, and ingestion and processing of raw photography and scan data for VFX.
- Proactive and excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- A humble and helpful attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- As English is our main language in production, you need to be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
