Job Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive implementation of recruitment processes – from determining the requirements and recruitment plan to submitting an offer.
- Active search of candidates in cooperation with the researcher.
- Caring for the best candidate experience.
- Continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, including proposing new sources of candidates.
- Direct cooperation with project teams, HR business partners, people responsible for communication, employer branding and training.
- Co-creation and implementation of tasks in the field of Employer Branding.
- Support in the implementation of development initiatives and soft HR projects.
- Preparation of analyzes and reports on conducted activities.
- Operation on the line of employee-HR contact.
- Support in relocation in the case of foreign candidates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the field of HR, including 2 years in recruitment.
- You are an independent, proactive and responsible person.
- You speak the Polish language flawlessly and you are fluent in English (B2 / C1).
- It is easy for you to create clear and friendly communication.
- You have a sense of humor and a lot of patience.
