Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Pipeline Management: Developing and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
  • Interview & Screening: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates, Conducting preliminary screens and interviews to shortlist candidates.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Understanding the hiring needs and job requirements for each position. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
  • Candidate Management: Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Research & Networking: Stay updated on industry trends and VFX talent pools, identifying innovative ways to attract top-tier candidates.

  • Proactive Sourcing: Ability to source and engage with passive candidates, especially in the competitive VFX industry.

  • Experience using HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
