Job Opening: HR Manager
Location: Warsaw, Poland / Hybrid
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Chief People Officer, with a dotted line to the local Studio Head in Warsaw
- Driving the HR transformation process and various HR initiatives in partnership with the local Studio Head, and CPO
- Conducting performance review process and salary review to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization
- Monitoring and managing the development and succession plans for local leadership
- Partner with L&D COE lead, to introduce relevant training experiences with measurable outcomes to coach the leadership team and Aviators
- Building employee engagement, managing employee opinion research, analyzing results, and introducing changes
- Suggesting and building new HR strategies, procedures, processes, tools and initiatives
- Implementing cutting-edge HR solutions, tools and analytics
- Acting as an HR partner for Co-Studio Head & CEO for Europe-specific needs
- Being a partner and support for managerial staff (for example in resolving complex employee relations and work issues etc.)
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team management
- Proven successes in leading an HR or HRBP team
- Fluency in English and Polish
- University-level degree specializing in Human Resources or the field of psychology, sociology or related
- Excellent knowledge of HR tools and solutions
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
- Excellent ability to prioritize, problem-solve, demonstrate initiative & think outside of the box
- High work ethic and self-motivation
- Proactive, responsible, dynamic attitude and hands-on approach
- Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment will be a plus
