Job Opening: HR Intern

Responsibilities:
- General HR Support: Assist with various HR functions, including employee inquiries, benefits administration, and maintaining HR records.
- Recruitment: Post job openings, review resumes, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Help address employee concerns and provide support in resolving workplace issues.
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices adhere to legal requirements and company policies.
- Training & Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and maintaining records of employee development.
- HR Process Management: Manage employee activities, data, and HR Processes through the HRMS tool.
Qualifications & Skills:
