Job Opening: HR Business Partner
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with operations managers and Finance Director in general HR matters such as labor law, work environment, policies, documentation, and administration
- Responsible for constantly developing, upgrading, maintaining and running the on- and offboarding process (incl. gathering exit data)
- Coach our Department Directors on employee engagement and other employee related matters
- Manage and coordinate international mobility cases, which includes following through the immigration journey alongside the candidates/coworkers, together with the relocation agency and Migrationsverket on immigration matters
- Support with Payroll related questions
- Responsible for keeping up with work environment legislation
- Responsible for supporting organizational changes, including negotiations with team members and unions
- Responsible for rehabilitation cases and plans, which may also include contact with employees’ Health Care providers and/or Försäkringskassan
- Responsible that Bamboo HR at any given time is up to date with all employee-related data
Qualifications & Skills:
- You have a bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or similar
- 10 years experience of HR work in a generalist or business HR role
- You are knowledgeable within Swedish labor law, and has ability to apply national law regulations onto practical cases
- Experience from labor law negotiations
- Experience from supporting and coaching managers in HR-related tasks
- Strong administration skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadline
- Ability to drive change
- Used to work independently towards pre-defined targets
- Good at collaborate and communicating with various stakeholders
- You are a prestigeless team-player with a can-do spirit
- High integrity and excellent communication skills
- Professional spoken and written Swedish and English is a must
