Job Opening: Head/Facial Artist – Realtime
Type: Full-Time
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and making realistic heads
- 3+ years experience as a character artist in the videogame or VFX industry and/or post-secondary education
- Knowledge of Maya
- Experienced with Zbrush
- Experienced with UE (a must)
- Very familiar and experienced with cleaning/adjusting scan data
- Strong examples of highly realistic head detailing/texturing
- Experienced with blend shapes
- Experienced in Substance Painter
- Great team player, self-motivated, and can communicate well
- understanding of a real-time workflow for characters Hi-poly to low-poly game mesh, texturing, materials, etc.
- Portfolio with strong realism
- Strong understanding of UE
- Knowledge of hair creation for real-time is a plus
