Job Opening: Head – Business Development (Brand Solutions)
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai, MH, India
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the advertising and media production sectors. Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s client portfolio.
- Brand Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies. Collaborate with clients to create tailored solutions that align with their marketing goals and our creative capabilities.
- New Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment of expectations. Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client requirements.
- Agency/Studio Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal creative and production teams to develop compelling pitches and proposals. Ensure seamless communication and execution of client projects.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence. Use this knowledge to identify emerging opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Revenue Forecasting: Prepare and manage revenue forecasts, budgets, and sales reports. Monitor progress against targets and take proactive measures to achieve or exceed goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with our services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or related roles within the media production or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
