Job Opening: Gameplay Programmer
Location: Montreal, QC, Canada
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Maintain features and ship quality C++ code;
- Maintain and expand the gameplay systems.
- Design and implement complex gameplay systems;
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide mitigations;
- Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior team members.
- Develop a deep understanding of the interconnections between game systems;
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of gaming industry experience or 8+ years of software industry experience;
- 3+ years of C++ experience;
- Unreal Engine experience.
- Great written and spoken communication skills;
- Great understanding of 3D math and debugging;
- Great understanding of performance;
- Passion for problem-solving;
- Bonus: One or more shipped console game(s);
