- More than 3 years of experience in the AAA game industry
- Shipped at least one title
- Have worked on the project from start and taken it to the finish line
- Have entered a project midway and taken it to the finish line
- Awareness of a GameDev pipeline, workflows, and software (unreal, unity)
- Awareness of a CG Pipeline, workflows, and Software
- Good knowledge of the current trends and affairs of the video game industry
