Job Opening: Game Designer(Class/Combat)

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-discipline environments to design hero concepts and take them from prototype to full implementation
- Design, implement, and balance the moment-to-moment gameplay of the hero classes
- Balance hero abilities and skills for a competitive multiplayer environment
- Iterate and improve designs based on playtest feedback and reviews
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in combat design and balance for playable characters
- Familiar with balancing combat for a multiplayer environment
- Shipped one or more game projects, or worked on an active title(s)
Nice to Have:
- Design experience on a multiplayer game, or with 3rd person shooter titles
- Contributed to the gameplay designs for a shipped AAA title
- Familiar with Unreal Engine and working with Blueprints
- An active interest in eSports
