Job Opening: FX Technical Director
Location: Vancouver, Canada
Type: Full-Time
Qualifications & Skills:
- Have 5+ years’ experience as an FX artist on feature films
- Be an excellent communicator
- Be comfortable collaborating and be a strong team player
- Have generalist knowledge of Houdini (Flip, Pyro, RBD, etc.)
- Be proficient in Linux
Additional Preferred skills:
- Have previous experience running water simulations in production
- And/or have previous experience developing early looks for magical and abstract FX in production
