Responsibilities:
Rotoscopy :
- Perform Roto work with high quality on any kind of complex shots
- Coordinate with co-artists/Junior artists in the Given task
- Time delivery of shots
- Productivity and efficiency on assigned tasks
- Ownership of Individual shots /Group shots
- Requires little guidance
- Status updating of the shots internal to the team
- Works on the individual shot that has been assigned
- Take responsibility and grooming (Trainee and Junior artists)
- Mentoring of the new entrants into the team
- Solving of technical issues internal to the project and team
Paint:
- Perform paintwork with high quality on the complex shots
- Coordinate with co-artists/Junior artists in the Given task (Shot-Captain)
- On-Time delivery of shots-Status update of the shots internal to the team
- Mentoring of the new entrants into the team and taking the training sessions
- Solving of technical issues internal to the project and team
- Supporting the first level of QC’s for leads.
Compositing :
- Perform Comp work reasonably
- Coordinate with the Shot caption
- Time delivery of shots -Ownership of Individual shots
- Performs the role of MM artist reasonably well and proficiently
- Requires little support and guidance on routine work
