• Track tasks in Ftrack or ShotGrid.
• Assign shots to artists.
• Handle dailies using Assimilate Scratch (training available if needed).
• Follow up on client feedback and internal review notes.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and schedules.
• Bring strong initiative and passion to the team.
• Speak English (Spanish is a plus, but not required).
• Hold U.S. citizenship (required).
