Job Opening: Match Move Artist
Location: Mumbai, India
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Uses the tracking techniques to prepare shots for production.
- Uses the required tracking software to re- create camera or object motion and Reconstructing the placement of motion files. Where auto-tracking will not work, the tracking Artist will hand-track the camera track or object.
- Taking appropriate corrections given and implementing the same.
- To be able to work well in a team environment and take direction from your lead and the production team.
- A good understanding of photography and the effects of different lenses on perspective and depth of field
- Should be able to place reference geometry and reconstruct a set.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-9 years of Experience of working with feature films.
- Experience in tracking software such as 3D Equalizer.
- Knowledge of the vfx pipeline and a familiarity with 3D software is expected.
- Able to take directions and adaptable to change
- Can efficiently meet deadlines
