Job Opening: Senior Compositor
Location: Fully Remote
Type: Freelance
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team under the direction of VFX Supervisors and comp/sequence leads.
- Ability to take a brief and execute the brief, with both good creative problem solving and strong technical knowledge, within the allotted timescale.
- Have a good working knowledge of all compositing disciplines, including 2D tracking (Mocha and Nuke), 3D camera tracking (Nuke), green screen extraction, paint and rotoscoping, grading, relighting, projection and deep compositing.
- Experience of compositing CG/live action elements into live action back plates.
- Attend dailies when required.
- Assist with the development of junior/mid level compositors.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous professional experience in a similar role with in Episodic or Advertising projects.
- Nuke experience is essential
- Proven ability to work closely in a small team with tight deadlines.
- Prioritise and manage your time well, being able to complete your own work on time
- Must be well organised with good people skills.
- Excellent and clear communication skills.
- Good understanding of the English language both written and verbal.
