Job Opening: In-Engine Lighting Artist

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex lighting setups to achieve artistic goals.
- Collaborate with the team to create lighting solutions.
- Optimise lighting while maintaining quality.
- Collaborate with your lead, our directors, and production to align lighting with the overall creative vision.
- Develop lighting setups and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Perform any other duties as reasonably required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency with Unreal Engine for lighting, working with the latest tools to create exciting scenes full of depth.
- Strong knowledge of other software packages, including Houdini, Maya, Substance Suite, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with colour grading and HDR workflows.
- Excellent understanding of lighting principles, colour theory, and post-processing effects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality lighting work in real-time engines.
- Solid troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ray tracing or virtual production lighting.
- Knowledge of camera setups and cinematic composition.
- Background in shader development or scripting.
