Job Opening: Head of Pipeline
Location: Paris, France
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, you will manage the pipeline department which includes the development and technical director teams.
- In collaboration with the program manager, you will organize and control the implementation of the department structure and the Pipeline studio roadmap.
- You guarantee the development needs of the structure by maximizing the return on investment of all Pipeline modifications.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in managing a technical team
- Provide strong team leadership and mentorship to increase productivity
- Motivate the team through demonstrated leadership ability and executive presence
- Encourage collaborative team approach locally and globally.
- Clearly establish performance expectations for direct reports in collaboration with Program Manager to provide support and direction across Pipeline team
- Caring, constructive criticism, active listening
- Very high technical knowledge of the animation and/or VFX sector and an appetite for technology watch
- At ease in English
