Job Opening: TD Supervisor
Location: Paris, France

Responsibilities:
- Tactical manager of TD teams
- Responsible for team performance and results.
- Proposes and guarantees proper compliance with TD team methods
- Deploys his team’s strategic technological roadmap based on the objectives delivered by the CTO
- Proposes a budget and the human needs necessary to achieve the set objectives
- Make decisions independently for your teams while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and taking into account the department’s objectives
- Communicates a clear and inspiring vision of strategic objectives and priorities
- Identifies and finds solutions to problems and risks that may hinder the achievement of objectives
- Anticipates and resolves conflicts
- Supports salary discussions for his teams in collaboration with department management and HR department support
- Encourages his team to take the initiative and implement new ideas/projects
- Plays an active role in the professional development of the team
- Manages conflicts within the team constructively
- Is a driving force in proposing changes to the organization and development of the team structure
- Manage technical teams (such as the developer team)
- Travel without geographical area limits
- Representation of the company at events: trade fairs, conferences, and recruitment
- Assistance and provision of expertise in commercial negotiations with suppliers or customers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Mastering the production chain of an animated film production studio
- Proficiency in common DCCs such as Maya, Nuke, Photoshop, etc.
- Comfortable using a production tracking tool such as Shotgrid
- Knowledge of current development methods
- Knowledge of Python (2 and 3)
- Technological monitoring in the film sector and new technologies
- English proficiency
- Strong ability to anticipate and resolve problems
- Provides strong leadership and mentoring to improve productivity
- Motivates teams by demonstrating leadership abilities
- Encourage a collaborative approach to dealing with problems
- Clearly establishes performance expectations for direct reports in collaboration with the technology project management team
- Provides quality and synthetic reporting that allows strategic levels to make decisions
