Job Opening: Lead UI/UX Designer
Location: Bielsko-Biała, Poland / Fully Remote
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and coordinating the work of the small UI/UX team, with cooperation with the Gameplay Lead and Director.
- Creating and feedbacking UI mockups.
- Cooperating with the Gameplay Design and Programming department in supporting the game’s mechanics with user-friendly UI/UX solutions.
- Cooperating with the Art department to create and maintain a consistent UI art style.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Work experience with RPG elements in PC/Console video games.
- good Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop artistic skills for UI mockup creation.
- Knowledge of modern solutions and trends in interface design.
- Work experience with Unreal Engine 4/5.
- Familiarity with UMG (build-in Unreal Motion Graphics UI Designer),
- Ability to maintain order in files,
- Good English that allows reading technical documentation with understanding, giving feedback, and discussing design (min. B2).
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a group.
- Creativity in solving problems.
