FOLKS VFX Mumbai is expanding its People Operations team! We are looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to support training initiatives across our creative, production, and support departments. In this role, you will lead structured programs and collaborate with partner institutes to foster a culture of continuous learning within our Mumbai studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate technical, leadership, and soft-skill learning programs.
- Support the onboarding process and design learning journeys for new hires and interns.
- Manage and oversee structured internship training programs in collaboration with partner institutes.
- Work closely with mentors, department heads, and HR to identify training needs and enable professional growth.
- Track learning schedules, gather feedback, and analyze the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional experience in L&D, HR, or People Operations.
- Excellent oratory skills and strong written communication.
- Proven ability to organize and lead structured educational programs.
- Exposure to the VFX, animation, or creative industries is a significant advantage.
