Job Opening: Junior Recruitment Coordinator
Location: UK Remote or West Midlands
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Finding great, high-quality new team members.
- Develop new ways to attract new talent to the studio.
- Assist HR with resource management, including Organisation and filing of employee paperwork, and onboarding.
- Oversee new employee recruitment efforts, including writing job descriptions, evaluating candidates, onboarding, and any necessary training.
- Triage promising applications to development team members to review.
- Arranging, scheduling, and attending interviews with candidates.
- Attending recruitment and industry events.
- Hold recruitment talks/presentations both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with branding & community team to create recruitment advertisements.
- Support the operations team with the wider studio management.

- A high degree of organization and efficiency.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in recruitment within Games Dev.
- Experience in successfully creating and managing systems in a growing company environment.
- Experience managing small to medium-sized teams.
- Experience running operations remotely.
