Job Opening: Line Producer – Belzebubs
Location: Turku, Finland
Type: Contract, Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Producer, Series Director and Production Coordinator of Pyjama Films and the Production Managers of the collaborating studios to keep track and manage the project’s global schedule and pipeline
- Act as Pyjama’s point of contact for the co-production studios
- Ensure good communication among the co-production team and manage the day-to-day of the production
- Ensure that the production teams across the different companies perform according to expectation
- Maintain and keep track of the Finnish schedule, budget and pipeline on Pyjama’s end
- Create and deliver interim reports to funders together with the Producer
- Establish new production processes for Pyjama’s studio as needed
- Be proactive about challenges to production schedule & budget
- Ensure that the demands of the creative team are realistic and in line with schedule & budget
- Draft and edit contracts as necessary
Qualifications & Skills:
- Demonstrated Leadership: You have a strong track record of leading teams in serial 2D animation production.
- Global Collaboration: Your experience includes successful management of international co-productions, showcasing your ability to work across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Resource Management: You have experience in managing project schedules and budgets, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Knowledge of managing contracts is considered a plus.
- Expertise in 2D Animation: You have a good understanding of the production processes related to a Toon Boom Harmony 2D pipeline and serial animation productions.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Your strong organizational abilities keep projects on track and teams aligned.
- Amazing Communication: You approach communication with clarity and patience, fostering collaboration and understanding among team members from various backgrounds.
- Language Proficiency: You’re fluent in English, facilitating seamless spoken and written communication in an international environment.
- Positive and Assertive Approach: You have a friendly and constructive attitude, but also the ability to assert yourself when necessary.
