Job Opening: DOP & Video Editor

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots to effectively communicate the desired message and brand identity.
- Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices to capture high-quality footage in various environments.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with project objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience preferences.
- Enhance videos with graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to elevate the overall production value.
- Collaborate with creative team members, including writers and designers to brainstorm ideas and develop video concepts that resonate with the target audience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, video production techniques, and editing software advancements to continually improve skills and processes.
- Manage video projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
- Maintain organized video files and archives for easy access and retrieval.
- Coordinate with external vendors, talent, and locations as needed for video productions.
- Assist in the development of video content strategies and contribute creative ideas for engaging storytelling across multiple platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Videographer/Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing video projects across various genres and formats.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
- Solid understanding of videography principles, including composition, lighting, audio, and camera operation.
- Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling narratives.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a passion for exploring innovative approaches to video production and editing.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communication, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with motion graphics, visual effects, and color correction techniques is a plus.
