Job Opening: Digital Board Designer

Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conducting component selection based on performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Performing high-speed signal integrity analysis to ensure precise timing and mitigate EMI impacts.
- Developing power profiles and selecting onboard power regulation and distribution systems to meet the circuit’s power requirements.
- Specifying PCB stack-up criteria to optimize signal integrity and thermal management.
- Overseeing layout and routing activities to ensure adherence to design guidelines and standards.
- Creating and executing validation and integration plans to verify the performance and functionality of the circuit board designs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Extensive experience in circuit board design, including complex designs and high-speed signal integrity analysis.
- Proficiency with tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or Mentor Graphics PADS.
- Strong knowledge of component selection, power distribution, and PCB stack-up design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Desired Skills:
- VHDL, verilog, or other high-level language.
- Familiarity with linear circuits and other analog discrete.
- Circuit simulation and signal integrity analysis modeling.
- C/C++, scripting languages, LabVIEW.
