- Oversee video shoot projects, including team assembly and management of freelance resources.
- Drive excellence in project management, ensuring seamless execution of end-to-end production processes and margin optimization.
- Maintain strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Write scripts effectively, leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in production and project management.
- Proficiency in numbers and Excel.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and sustain client and stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in dynamic, deadline-driven environments.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools for scriptwriting and content creation.
