Job Opening: Creative Director

Responsibilities & Skills:
- Mentor our creative team.
- Work with our video editors, designers, and art directors to build our creative competency delivering high-quality, on-brand, on-brief creative outputs.
- Explore innovations, insights, and trends to push creative boundaries, and identify new techniques for innovative digital content delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on the development and execution of campaigns, marketing plans, and business initiatives.
- Run discovery sessions to gather insights, develop creative options for naming, branding, and execution of concepts and pitch them back to our client’s Craft and edit our best practice documentation for the creative direction process.
- In our team of close to 50, you’ll report to our General Manager, and work with our creative direction team.
- Monitor our creative execution performance to understand if it is driving the desired commercial outcome for our clients and continuously innovate and improve its performance.
- We have a work from anywhere policy (home-based during restrictions), but we’ll require you to work from our Melbourne office from time to time for a great collaboration.
- You’ll be mostly working with briefs, storyboards, and client docs in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Meet).
