Job Opening: Lead Creative 3D Designer
Location: Sydney, Australia
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and leading a brand new cross-functional team within our marketing creative department. Supporting and producing world class films, animation and imagery.
- 3D image generation, to surprise and delight our community, to achieve commercial objectives, support our rapid growth and improve our brand perception.
- Assisting with the development of the RØDE 3D image strategy, roadmap, team development, technology and pipeline.
- Working closely with the Film, Web, Photography and Design teams to ensure 3D output upholds and maintains brand image standards.
- Delivering high quality 3D imagery in a cost effective and timely manner.
- Assessing and liaising with 3rd parties and partners to support the delivery of world class 3d imagery.
- Continually optimising the production process for maximum efficiency.
Qualification & Skills:
- You are creative, detail oriented and able to handle multiple projects under pressure
- A passion for digital arts across all platforms and genres (film, games, imagery, interactive etc)
- The ability to work in a team, with good leadership skills and to delegate work accordingly.
- Experience in 3D Modelling & UV Mapping, Composition, Animation, storytelling, and Post-production.
- You can share knowledge and are open to learning from others.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with team members of different departments.
- Significant working experience in a professional 3D studio or other relevant areas.
- Experienced in C4D, Keyshot, Mograph, Octane, Redshift, Vray, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
