Job Opening: Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Responsible for improving employee engagement by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment
- Maintaining decorum and discipline in the workplace
- Payroll, Attendance, and Database Management for employees.
- Coordinate with leaders/ Hiring Managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Source potential candidates on social media and job platforms, like LinkedIn.
- Negotiate with selected candidates and ensure timely offer release and candidate onboarding
- Help write standard technical job descriptions for the open positions
- Handling the complete recruitment process, scheduling and organizing the interview, and maintenance of candidate records.
