Job Opening: Commercial Producer & Teamleader
Location: Oslo, Norway
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Estimate production for offers and pitches
- Find suitable resources in-house or extranaly and put to together teams
- The dialogue with external resources (freelancers, photographers, sound studio, etc.)
- Schedule production in relation to the given budget and available resources
- Monitor time / costs in projects
- Responsible for stand-ups with the team
- Being the production team leader
- Contact with clients in order to receive the necessary assets and information
- Attending client presentations and meetings
- Keeping track of the overall Shortform budget
- Writing contracts
- Invoicing projects
- Helping with sales to existing customers
- Contribute to pitches and tenders
- Contribute in the creative phase
- Contribute with workflow and tools
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strive to achieve Qvisten vision, values, goals and strategy.
- Contribute to build and strengthen Qvisten as a brand.
- Knowledge about animation techniques and production (2D, 3D etc)
- Coping with high work pace and short deadlines
- Flexible and solution oriented
- Structured and efficient
- Be motivating for the team
- Fluently in Norwegian and English
