Job Opening: Digital Sales Manager – Games
Location: Fully Remote (Europe)
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for CI Games and United Label titles across a variety of digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global teams at first-party publishers like Sony, Steam, Epic, Nintendo, and Microsoft.
- Cultivate relationships with key 3rd party PC digital storefronts.
- Negotiate and secure optimal placements and commercial deals for CI Games titles.
- Make sure all our products are listed by our partners.
- Be responsible for the lifecycle management of all our games digitally.
- Manage sales forecasts and reports, ensuring accurate data and projections.
- In line with all the stakeholder expectations, you will be responsible for pricing across all digital partners/territories.
- Help set pricing & promotions across all digital distribution channels.
- Analyse, review, and recommend new potential digital distribution
channels or partners to exploit. - Collaborate with the VP of Global Sales and internal teams (Marketing, PR, Development) to maximize sales success.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Has ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in digital sales within the games industry.
- Has a keen understanding of the digital sales landscape and current market trends.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse cultures and teams.
- Is highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems.
- Has a “can-do” attitude and a relentless drive to achieve results.
- Ideally possesses existing global relationships with key publisher and storefront teams.
