Job Opening: CG Supervisor
Location: Selangor, Malaysia
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the CG team, ensuring quality and consistency in digital artwork and animation.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other departments to align on project vision and execution.
- Develop and implement workflows and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Review and critique CG assets, providing constructive feedback to artists.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware in CG production.
- Lead project meetings, offering updates and addressing concerns with team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new software tools to improve team capabilities.
- Ensure that project deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a CG Artist with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of CG software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max).
- Strong artistic abilities with a good eye for detail and composition.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication skills to convey ideas and feedback clearly.
- Problem-solving skills to address technical and creative challenges.
- Experience in project management and understanding of production pipelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant work and leadership accomplishments.
