Job Opening: Junior Motion Capture Stage Technician
Location: Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal clients and the motion capture team to prepare for recording sessions.
- Support motion capture shoots by assisting performers with suiting up and setup.
- Create and maintain props and sets, working closely with animators to design or modify custom setups.
- Maintain the motion capture workshop.
- Assist the Stage Manager with day-to-day responsibilities, including prop budgeting, placing orders, and managing props.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Basic sewing/tailoring skills.
- Knowledge of at least one 3D software tool such as SketchUp, Blender, Unreal Engine, or Autodesk programs.
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organized and time-efficient.
- Fluent in English.
- Demonstrated interest in motion capture technology.
Nice to Have
- Experience working on a film or motion capture set.
- Handicraft experience, such as cosplay, woodworking, sculpting, or metalwork.
- Manual skills in creating props (e.g., woodworking, metalworking).
- Interest in animation or cinematics.
