Job Opening: Gameplay Artist
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Create and iterate on visual assets across different product phases, from concept through testing and release.
- Collaborate closely with designers, animators, and developers to deliver polished, appealing, and exciting gameplay elements.
- Enhance the player experience by identifying opportunities to make interactions more fun, clear, and memorable.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in the mobile gaming industry, preferably in the early stages of game production.
- Proficient in 2D art and animation tools with a readiness to learn new tools required in our pipeline, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Affinity Designer, and Spine.
- Solid skills in art, design, and animation, able to bring character to mundane objects while considering their usability.
- Understands game design principles, mechanics, and player behavior.
- Technically curious and comfortable discussing solutions with developers.
- Creative, independent, and self-motivated team player (AKA you’re a nice person to work with).
