Job Opening: Production Manager
Location: Richardson, Texas, United States
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Managing projects of varying scope and production methodologies, at times simultaneously
- Examples: Project Lead on Medium to Large scale Cinematics, Low to Mid Scale Episodic, Multiple Department or Full pipeline focused on Feature Films
- Building and revising production schedules
- Collaborating with the producer on project budgets
- Tracking and reporting project progress
- Strategizing with Associate Producer or Supervising Producer to find scheduling and budgetary efficiencies
- Excellent Client Communication skills
- Client Suite Management
- Leading internal and client review sessions
- Assist with managing production management support staff
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum BA/BS Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2.5 + years of production management experience at minimum Production Coordinator Level
- 4+ years of entertainment or commercial production experience in two or more of the following areas:
- CG animation
- 2D animation
- Motion Graphics Animation
- Visual Effects
- Live Action
- Post Production Editorial
- CG Architectural Renderings and Videos
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite
- Relentlessly positive and motivational demeanor
- Desire to facilitate and support the creative process
- Promotes collaboration among team members
- Interested in helping to further build the studio by improving existing, and developing new processes and workflows
- Proven leadership experience in a creative environment
- Diplomatic and clear verbal and written communication
- Master at organization and prioritization
- Efficient & creative problem-solver
- In-depth knowledge of production pipelines & workflows
- Knowledge of Shotgun software is a plus
- Strong and encouraging people leader
- Desire to continue to grow exponentially along a production management career path
