Job Opening: New Business Lead
Location: North London, England, UK
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Strategically develop relationships with creative & production teams in top ad agencies, as well as marketing/creative/production departments within brands, broadcasters, cultural institutions, and video game devs/publishers.
- Present our work and evangelise about our talent & capabilities in one-on-one chats and group presentations. Educate and inspire, generating leads and constantly evolving our network of collaborators and clients.
- Organise and attend presentations, sales trips, and social events in London and abroad.
- Work with our EPs to strategise and deliver new initiatives to support our directors and take advantage of emerging industry trends.
- Work closely with our Social/PR team to align comms plans around new releases, news, and director launches.
- Work with our creative team to create high-quality presentations and reels.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years in a new business role in a production company, animation studio, design/creative agency, or similar.
- It could be from an adjacent role, but a foundation of skills in sales/business development is essential.
- We’re also very open to meeting candidates from adjacent industries who can help us grow into new areas.
- Passionate about entertainment, film, art, and creativity in general.
- Knowledge of animation craft is advantageous, though not essential.
