Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form YouTube essays, shorts, reels, trailers.
- Build engaging narratives from raw footage and script.
- Sync to music, sound effects, and visual rhythm
- Add subtitles & motion graphics as and when required.
- Collaborate with writers, graphic designers, and creative leads.
- Stay organized with files, timelines, and asset management.
- Work under deadlines without compromising on quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience.
- A strong sense of cinematic pacing & visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects.
- Familiarity with sound design, audio leveling, and background music selection.
- Understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, frame rates, and export settings for YouTube optimization.
- Familiarity with YouTube trends, meme culture, and viral content styles.
