Job Opening: VFX – BG Prep Artist
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Type: Full-Time
Skills & Responsibilities:
- 1-2 years of experience as a BG Prep Artist.
- Deliver mid or senior level roto tasks (dependent on level) within bid days or below bid days for seniors
- Create layered roto mattes for Compositors and other departments to use and communicate with these departments to ensure they have everything they need.
- Submit shots for review and follow through with notes and feedback if required.
- Applicant must have an artistic vision and creative thinking ability.
- Exceptional skill in at least one Paint software (Eg. Silhouette, Nuke, etc.)
- Proficient in creating clean plates & Frame by Frame Paint.
- Additional knowledge of Tracking (2D & 3D) would be an advantage
- Work efficiently as part of a team, or independently, to complete assigned shots
Software Knowledge:
- Foundry Nuke
- Silhouette
- Adobe Photoshop
