Job Opening: Unreal Engine Artist / Environment Artist
Location: Poznań, Poland
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Create realistic environments and modules/biomes in Unreal Engine.
- Understand of modullar approach
- Create shaders for different asset purposes.
- Create high and mid-poly environment models, foliage, and architecture.
- Transform high to mid-poly models.
- Establish the lighting and post-processing setup.
- Possess a strong understanding of texturing.
- Ability to communicate ideas and iterate in a timely manner.
- Conduct frequent constructive feedback sessions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A strong portfolio focused on environment designs.
- Experience in creating environments in Unreal Engine.
- Exceptional understanding of composition, tone, lighting, and structure.
- Excellent knowledge of texturing and 3D software, Unreal Engine environment creation pipelines, and tools.
- Task-driven and proactive with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and flexible, with excellent communication skills.
- Positive, solution-oriented individual and able to work without direct supervision.
- Technically proficient, able to identify and collaborate on pipeline innovations.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Unity3D, WebGL Environment Skills
- Competency in Blueprints.
- Photogrammetry experience.
- Interested in game dev-oriented projects but also visionary projects minimal architecture, sci-fi, and futuristic projects.
